- A workspace owner uses email verification and the set-password link; an employee uses the administrator-created login and temporary password
Steps
Sign in on your company URL
Workspace owners verify their email and use the set-password link from the signup flow. Employees open the company URL provided by an administrator and use their temporary password. In both paths, check the domain before entering credentials.
Expected result: The application shell opens under your company account.
Complete your profile
Open Personal Settings, confirm the read-only name and email belong to you, then choose your preferred language.
Expected result: Your name and language are correct across messages and internal collaboration.
Change the temporary password
Use a unique password and sign out of devices you no longer control. Contact an administrator if password reset is unavailable.
Expected result: The temporary credential can no longer be used.
